Each is a registered accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy).

Our Client Services Team is available to our clients to provide in-house services in both human behaviour and issues affecting the workplace.

They are trained to provide assistance on a wide range of topics, including sexual harassment, potential violence, employee interaction, difficult employees, difficult situations, managers or work groups, reorganizations and crisis and emergencies.

Jigsaw's network is the result of over 15 years experience in the EAP and Work/Life business. Our network of work/life counsellors, treatment providers and treatment facilities is wholly developed and owned by Jigsaw Counselling & Consultancy Services.

Our excellent, welcoming and friendly administration team are available
(Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm) to take calls and/or to arrange for direct contact with the Jigsaw management, counsellors and trauma specialists.
Calls after these times are confidentially logged in our answering system until the next working day.
