It is a known accepted fact that sometimes in life, people face problems or difficulties, this may be because of decisions that were made previously that no longer fit or because of pressures placed upon us such as; work, relationships, bereavement, grief, loss, fragile family relationships, controlling behaviours of others all of these above and many others, can make us feel stuck, like reaching a gridlock and for a time this can seem like there is no way back.
The good news is, that by talking to someone who is trained to listen and not give advice or judge will undoubtedly provide the space and time needed to work through issues find solutions and return to a balance in life that suits the client. This enables room for change, most people have all the necessary abilities to solve their problems and see a way forward. A professional counsellors task is to assist the client to see more clearly what their situation is, find out how they are a part of it and experiment with finding new ways to respond.
As individuals, we inherently know what is best for us and what is not. Being able to effectively 'let go' of what 'other people' think is best for us can be extremely liberating setting us on our own path, reaching our own desired potential and goals in life without feeling guilty or laden with other people's negativity.
Fees for Professional Counselling & Post Trauma Work
All professional counselling sessions adhere to the regulatory counselling 50minute hour with additional 10 mins to recap and review.
Sessions are usually booked weekly in advance and graded to fortnightly/ monthly thereafter, however, all work is tailored to meet specific individual need for the healing and recovery process that best suits the uniqueness of the client.

Block Bookings for professional Counselling & Post Trauma work can be arranged and Crisis Cards/Vouchers are available to purchase for self or for others: 25% discount is offered for advance payments as follows;

All fees are reviewed on an annual basis in line with Jigsaw's financial year end. (April)
